Introducing our Patient Advisors!

During this difficult time, when everyone is having to distance themselves, we thought we would take the opportunity to introduce the various members of staff at Riverview Medical Centre. Let’s start with the friendly faces that patients meet when they first telephone or come into the surgery. Led by our Reception Supervisor Susan, we have 8 highly trained Patient Advisors working at reception – Antonietta, Mary F, Mary S, Elena, Jacky, Siobhan, Amy and Amy W. Patient Advisors are highly trained to help all our patients access the advice or care that they need, when they need it, from the appropriate healthcare professional or other source. Please help them to help you by providing them with as much information as possible about your query or problem. All information is treated in the strictest confidence.
