Vitamin D and Covid-19

With the current advice for people to stay at home during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Scottish Government has suggested that people of all age groups should consider taking a Vitamin D supplement of 10 micrograms (400 units) daily. Full guidance from the Scottish Government can be accessed here.
