GP Appointments

Due to the current situation with Covid-19 (Coronavirus), we are no longer able to offer face-to-face GP appointments for routine problems. You will be able to pre-book a telephone appointment with the GP for any routine issues. Should you be very unwell and feel you may require an urgent face-to-face GP appointment, please telephone the surgery. Our highly trained reception staff will take detailed information over the phone and arrange for a GP or Nurse to call you back. Where possible we will try to deal with your query safely over the phone in order to reduce the number of patients coming to the surgery. This is for everyone’s safety. Please do not come to the surgery unless you have a pre-arranged appointment.

In addition, patients should no longer collect their prescriptions from the surgery. If you request a prescription, this will be sent to your chosen pharmacy.  Please do not come into the surgery to collect prescriptions.

We apologise for any inconvenience but hope that patients will understand that we are taking these steps to protect the most vulnerable patients in our community and to help us keep the Practice open and running.
